Staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The check-in process was frustrating, as I had to use a semi-self check-in terminal which felt very impersonal. Additionally, my room had a noticeable cleanliness issue, with hair on the floor and stains on the carpet. The gym had ridiculously limited equipment for a hotel of this caliber, making it disappointing for fitness enthusiasts.

Should you go for it? my answer
This property is a gem! A fantastic rooftop pool perfect for winding down after a day's adventure. The spacious triple room was a delight, featuring comfy beds and a massive bathroom. Plus, the location couldn't be better, right next to the MRT for easy travel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

I loved how the room was super spacious with a king size bed and had Japanese washing facilities in the toilet, making it feel like a luxury at home. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety, especially the pastries. The only hiccup was that the vacuuming needed to be requested separately, but it’s a small detail in an otherwise fantastic stay! 😊

I loved the rooftop pool, a great spot to unwind with stunning views. The deluxe double room was spacious and clean, making me feel comfortable right away. Being close to Banqiao Station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles each day, a nice little perk. However, I was disappointed with the check-in process. It felt a bit hectic with a lot of people crowding the lobby at the designated check-in time. Additionally, the mini-bar fridge’s electricity seemed unstable, which made me hesitant to store any perishable items. Lastly, the carpets in the common areas looked a bit worn and stained, which could use some attention. Nevertheless, I’d stay here again due to the hotel’s overall charm and location.

Great place to relax and explore!
Super comfy stay! The room was huge and had a nice view. Loved the rooftop pool, it was a chill spot after exploring. Breakfast was a hit, especially the pastries. Just wish the check-in was smoother. felt a bit chaotic with so many people around. Overall, a solid choice for a getaway!

Oh, the dining scene around Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao is a feast for the senses! With nearby gems like Chun Shui Tang and Carrara Italian Restaurant just steps away, I was diving into a world of flavors. Plus, the rooftop pool had me soaking in stunning views after a day of culinary exploration. It truly felt like home with those complimentary water bottles replenished daily!
Now, let’s keep it real. the check-in process was a bit of a slog and left us feeling a tad frazzled. Also, a heads up, the front desk staff needed a bit more pep in their step.

Target audience beware
The room was big and clean with a decent view but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable hard as a rock. Also, I got lucky with the Nespresso machine but only got two pods, felt a bit stingy.
Wasn't exactly cheap but I guess that’s what you expect.
